On 4 April 2017, Ocean Wilson Holdings Limited (the "Company") was notified that Helen Cooper and Conyers Trust Company (Bermuda) Limited (formerly known as Codan Trust Company Limited), persons closely associated with William Salomon, the Deputy Chairman of the Company, had disposed of all of their interest in the share capital of the Company and that William Salomon had received an indirect interest in 4,435,064 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares").  The transaction took place as a result of the re-organisation of William Salomon's family's trust and he has at all relevant times held, and continues to hold, a beneficial interest in all of the Shares.
