PRESS RELEASE

Paris, 4 August 2016

Aéroports de Paris SA precises that the decision of the ASI of non approval of 2016 tariffs will not modify the financial equilibrium of the company and recalls the planned regulatory process

Aéroports de Paris SA has taken note of the decision of the Autorité de Supervision Indépendante (Independent Supervision Authority, ASI) published on 2 August 2016 about non approving aviation fees tariffs applied since 1 April 2016. This refusal of approval was essentially motivated by the growth in tariffs of landing fees for some small carriers (aircrafts of less than 40 tons).

The regulatory process plans, in that case, that Aéroports de Paris SA should present a new proposal for 2016 tariffs in the month following the decision of the ASI, and this latter should take its decision in the following 15 days after the new notification of tariffs.

Aéroports de Paris SA recalls that the tariff grid applied since 1 April 2016 does not include any global increase in aviation fees tariffs (a freeze in tariffs being planned in 2016 by the 2016-2020 Economic Regulation Agreement), and that the tariff structure was made in order to be economically neutral in 2016 compared to 20151 .

In those conditions, Aéroports de Paris SA precises that it does not anticipate any modification of the financial equilibrium of the company due to the application of a modified 2016 tariff grid.
