Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Management Consulting Group PLC ("MCG" or "the Group"), the global professional services group, announces that it has appointed Fiona Czerniawska as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 10 March 2017.  Ms Czerniawska will be joining the Remuneration, Audit and Risk, and Nominations Committees.

Ms Czerniawska was director of strategy and planning for EY in the UK, and head of research for the Management Consultancies Association, and has more than 25 years' experience in the management consulting industry.  She has a PhD from the University of London and is a graduate of Oxford University.  Ms Czerniawska is the founder and director of Source Global Research. 

Nick Stagg, Chairman and Chief Executive of MCG, commented: 

"I am delighted to welcome Fiona Czerniawska to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.  Fiona's long experience of the management consulting industry and her insight will be a valuable addition to the Board."
