In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, Wilmington plc (the 'Company') was advised on 8 July 2019 that:

·      Richard Amos, Chief Financial Officer, bought 24,250 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 8 July 2019 at an average of 202 pence per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 24,250 which represent 0.03% of the issued share capital with voting rights: The shares are registered in the name of his wife Brigid Amos who is the beneficial holder; and

·      Martin Morgan, Non-Executive Chairman, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 8 July 2019 at an average of 200 pence per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 50,000 which represent 0.06% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
