Re-Admission

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited is pleased to announce:

1.   the re-admission today of the Company to the Official List (by way of a Standard Listing under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules);

2.   re-admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities of the Company's ordinary shares;

3.   the placing of 7,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 20 pence per ordinary share;

4.   the issue of 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 20 pence per share;

5.   the acquisition of SecureCom Media Holdings Limited for £1,000,000 in cash and 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 20 pence per share;

6.   the appointment of Nicholas Lyth as a non-executive director of the Company; and

7.   the appointment of Ka Fai Lam (also known as Joe Lam and Ka Lok Lam) as an executive director of the Company.
