Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the global provider of digital TV entertainment and cloud solutions to network operators, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 November 2016 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

As previously announced, the Annual Report is also available to view on the Group's website: www.aminocom.com. 

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ on Wednesday 29 March 2017 at 10.00am.
