Grant of Sharesave Options
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1 and Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, Dixons Carphone plc (the 'Company') announces that on 22 February 2017 Sebastian James, Humphrey Singer and Katie Bickerstaffe were granted options to purchase 0.1p ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Company's savings related share option scheme ('Sharesave').
