Planned merger between Rothschild & Co and Compagnie Financière Martin Maurel

Availability of documents

In the context of the merger between Rothschild & Co and the company Compagnie Financière Martin Maurel, the Company informs its shareholders that the documents and information relating to the transaction can be consulted, when available, on the dedicated website www.RothschildandCo-documents-sur-la-fusion-2016.com and that all these documents and information will be available no later than 29 August 2016.

The following documents are as from today available (in French version only) on the dedicated website:

• Draft merger agreement;
• Draft merger notice;
• Certificate of deposit of the draft merger agreement at the Office of the Commercial Court of Paris;
• Certificate of deposit of the draft merger agreement at the Office of the Commercial Court of Marseille.
