Directorate changes

Bilby Plc (AIM: BILB.L), the holding company for P&R Installation Company Limited, Purdy Contracts Limited, Spokemead Maintenance Limited ("Spokemead"), and DCB (Kent) Limited ("DCB"), a group of companies that provide gas heating, electrical and building services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Leigh Copolo, currently Group Operations Director, to the role of Group Chief Operating Officer on the Bilby Plc Board with immediate effect.

The strengthening of the Board reflects the recent significant operational and customer momentum seen by the Group. Leigh has been Group Operations Officer of Bilby since the Group was formed in 2015, and previously worked at the Group's founding company, P&R, from 2007, where he was appointed as a director in 2009.

In addition, the Company and Katherine O'Reilly have mutually agreed that she will leave her employment as Group Finance Director with the Company with effect from 31 December 2016. Katherine resigned as a director on 15 December 2016. The interim finance director will be ‎David Ellingham pending a permanent appointment being made.

Phil Copolo, Deputy Executive Chairman, said: "We are delighted that Leigh has agreed to join the Board. His considerable experience at P&R will further strengthen the operational presence on the Board."

Leigh John Copolo, aged 40, is interested in 1,320,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represent 3.3% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
