Issue of Equity

Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, announces that is has today issued 250,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company, following the exercise of warrants at an exercise price 4.68 pence per new ordinary share by Jett Capital Advisors LLC.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Group and application will be made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on or around 14 December 2016.

As a consequence of the exercise of share options as detailed above, the Company's issued capital now comprises 594,683,617 ordinary shares of no par value. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 594,683,617.
