Bluebird Merchant Ventures (EPIC:BMV) (Bluebird or The Company) a Philippine focused resource company currently engaged in the trading of copper concentrates and with an investment in a Philippine gold project, announces that on Saturday 26 November 2016 it held its Annual General Meeting.

At the Annual General Meeting, all resolutions were approved by shareholders.
