Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, was informed on 22 November 2016 after the close of market by Crede CG III Ltd that it held 9,493,459 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as at 22 November 2016, representing 1.6% of the issued Ordinary Shares and voting rights of Amur. The Company previously reported on 21 November 2016 that Crede CG III Ltd held 24,593,459 shares as at 18 November 2016.
