Management Consulting Group PLC announces that following the successful completion of the sale of the remaining Kurt Salmon business on 2 November 2016, Chris Povey, Group Finance Director, has decided to step down. Chris now wishes to pursue other opportunities, but has agreed to remain with the Group for an interim period whilst a suitable replacement is found. He will cease to be on the Board with immediate effect.

Nick Stagg, Chief Executive of MCG said:

As Group Finance Director, he has been instrumental in helping to deliver significant change over the last few years culminating in the sale of Kurt Salmon. Chris is a valued colleague and we wish him well for the future."
