Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that it has received notification from Mr Chris Townsend, a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited, that following a reorganisation of his family's trusts, he has received 3,929,049 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from Peter A S Pearman & Codan Trust Company Ltd.

As a result, Mr. Chris Townsend's total beneficial holding in the Company is 3,969,049 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.2 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
