CAP-XX Limited announces that its 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices, Units 9 & 10, 12 Mars Road, Sydney, Australia, at 6.00 pm (AEDT) on 29 November 2016. 

The Company's report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2016 are available on the Company's website www.cap-xx.com.  A copy of the report and accounts is available to be posted to shareholders on request. The notice of Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders and will be made available on the Company's website shortly.
