Re: UK Competition and Market Authority's review

Investigation completed and no further action will be taken

DX, the independent parcels, mail and logistics operator, notes today's announcement by the UK Competition and Markets Authority ("the CMA") regarding the Company's acquisition of the trade and assets of The Legal Post (Scotland) Limited and First Post Limited (together "the Transaction"). The CMA has confirmed that its investigation into the acquisition is now closed and that no further action will be taken.

Following the announcement of the revocation of the CMA's Initial Enforcement Order on 16 September 2016, DX resumed the integration of the trade and assets of the Transaction. The Company now expects that this process will be substantially completed by the end of 2016, bringing with it the anticipated customer service enhancements and cost savings.
