Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Petra announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2016 (the "2016 Annual Report") has been published and is available to view on the Company's website at  www.petradiamonds.com/investors/results-reports/.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom at 11:00am GMT on 28 November 2016.

The 2016 Annual Report and related AGM documents will be posted to shareholders on 27 October 2016.
