Die Beteiligungsmeldung erfolgt aufgrund der Schwellenunterschreitung wegen der Veräußerung von 157.690 Aktien.

Die beiden Gesellschafter der Acropora Beteiligungs GmbH in Liquidation, nämlich Herr Mohammed Al Sheikh und Herr Abdulmohsen Al Sheikh, sind zu jeweils 50% an dieser beteiligt. Für beide Gesellschafter sind separat die Beteiligungsmeldungen hinsichtlich des jeweiligen Erwerbs ergangen.
