Unsolicited Offer Received

Bluebird Merchant Ventures (EPIC:BMV) (Bluebird or The Company) announces that it has received a letter from a company with an unsolicited offer that proposes injecting new capital into Bluebird at a premium to the share price in order to acquire a controlling interest in the Company.

The Board of Directors will engage the interested party, however discussions are at a preliminary stage and may or may not lead to a completed transaction.  The Board expects to update the market in due course.
