Directorate Changes

The Company announces the retirement from the Board of Mr Frederick Forni and Mr James Carthew, with immediate effect.

The Company is pleased to confirm that Mr John Whittle will remain on the Board as an independent non-executive Director and will succeed Mr Carthew as permanent chairman of the audit committee. Mr Whittle previously served as an alternate director to Mr James Carthew and acted as the Company's interim Chairman of the Audit Committee.
