Completion of CDC Investment

Zambeef is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's announcement of 4 August 2016, all of the conditions precedent to CDC Group plc's ("CDC") US$65 million investment into Zambeef have now been satisfied, or a delay to satisfaction mutually agreed between the Company and CDC, and accordingly the transaction has completed.
