Director/PDMR Shareholding

Bilby announces that it has today received notification that Leigh Copolo, Operations Director of the Group, transferred 700,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Kelly Copolo, for nil consideration on 15th September 2016.

Following the transfer Mr Copolo's beneficial interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at 1,320,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.3% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
