Bilby announces that, on 9 December 2015, 140,000 options were granted under the Share Option Plan to David Ellingham at an exercise price of 119 pence.

On 4 January 2016, 100,000 options were granted under the Share Option Plan to Katherine O'Reilly at an exercise price of 146 pence.

On 14 July 2016, 175,000 options were granted under the Share Option Plan to Katherine O'Reilly at an exercise price of 125.9 pence.
