INITIAL NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 19 OF THE EU MARKET ABUSE REGULATION 596/2014

On 1 July 2019, pursuant to the earlier voluntary deferral of a proportion of their 2018 annual bonus and, in accordance with the rules of the Serco Group plc 2019 Deferred Bonus Plan ('the Plan'), ordinary shares of 2 pence each ('Investment Shares') were acquired on behalf of the following PDMRs. 

On 2 July 2019, following the acquisition of the Investment Shares, and in accordance with the rules of the Plan, the Company granted conditional share awards ('Matching Share Awards') to the PDMRs.
