Interim Finance Director

Harworth Group plc ("Harworth" or the "Company"), a leading regenerator of land and property for development and investment, announces that, with immediate effect, Jenny Cutler will act as Interim Finance Director. 

Jenny has been Harworth's Group Financial Controller since April 2016 after initially joining the Company in September 2014 as Financial Accounting Manager.  Jenny was previously Group Financial Controller at Palletways Group Limited and, prior to that, was an Audit Manager at KPMG. 

This follows the resignation of Andrew Kirkman as Finance Director with effect from 30 June 2019.  The process to appoint a permanent Finance Director is continuing and a further update will be provided in due course. 

Jenny has not been appointed as a statutory director of Harworth Group plc.
