The Directors of European Metals Holdings Limited ("European Metals" or "the Company") (ASX and AIM: EMH), the specialty lithium exploration and development company with assets in the Czech Republic, advise that Rare Earth Minerals plc who represent an interest in aggregate of 19,860,756 ordinary shares (via CHESS Depository Interests or CDIs) have announced a 3.49% decrease in shareholding due to the increase of issued share capital of the Company.  Rare Earth Minerals plc now holds 16.36% of the issued share capital of European Metals.  Mr Kiran Morzaria is a Director of European Metals and also Rare Earth Minerals plc who is the Company's largest shareholder.
