European Metals Holdings Limited ("European Metals" or "the Company") (ASX and AIM: EMH), the specialty lithium exploration and development company with assets in the Czech Republic, announce that as at 29 June 2016 Inswinger Holdings Pty Ltd hold an interest of 8,500,000 ordinary shares (via CHESS Depository Interests or CDIs) representing 7% of the Company's issued share capital.  Mr Keith Coughlan is Managing Director of European Metals and is a Director of Inswinger Holdings Pty Ltd.
