In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, the Company confirms that, as at 30 June 2019, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 511,738,648 ordinary shares of 5p each, all with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
