The Company has been notified that Anthony Dalwood, Chairman of the Strategic Equity Investment Committee for Gresham House Asset Management Ltd, the Investment Manager of the Company has purchased 1,285 ordinary shares of 50 pence each at a price of 777.75p per share.   Following this purchase, Mr Dalwood is interested in 18,895 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.51% of the Company's issued share capital.
