Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces that the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016, which includes the notice convening the Group's 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM), has been posted to shareholders.

The annual report and accounts and 2016 notice of AGM are available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at www.vpplc.com/investors/reports-and-presentations and copies of both documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

Vp also announces that its 2016 AGM will be held on Tuesday, 26 July 2016.  The meeting will be held at Rudding House, Rudding Park, Follifoot, Harrogate HG3 1JH, commencing at 10.00 a.m.
