APPOINTMENT OF JOINT BROKER

Tharisa, the dual-listed platinum group metals and chrome co-producer, is pleased to announce the appointment of BMO Capital Markets Limited as joint broker to the Company, alongside Peel Hunt LLP, with immediate effect.

Commenting on today's announcement, Phoevos Pouroulis, Chief Executive Officer of Tharisa said: "Following Tharisa's successful listing on the main board of the London Stock Exchange on June 8, we have continued to strengthen our ability to engage with, and attract international investors.
