Non-Executive Director Retirement

Falanx Group Limited announces that Desmond Carr, Non-Executive Director of Falanx Group, has decided to retire from the Board, effective 20 June 2016. The Board has accepted Desmond's decision and wishes to thank him for his services to the Group. 

Non-executive Chairman of Falanx, Mike Read said:
