The board of GLI wishes to announce that, following the Company's announcement on 16 May 2016, the Company has today posted a document to its shareholders providing further details of the terms of a proposed £3.5 million bond issue through UK Bond Network Limited.

Eligible Investors who wish to access further details and participate in the UK Bond Network Issue will need to become a member of UK Bond Network's platform. Eligible Investors should register at https://www.ukbondnetwork.com/investors/sign-up.

The Company's current intention is for the closing of the UK Bond Network Issue to coincide with the Completion of the Acquisitions on or around 30 June 2016.
