FY16 INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2016

SCRIP DIVIDEND OFFER

Greencore announces that the price of a new Ordinary Share in respect of the FY16 Interim Dividend Scrip Dividend Offer for the financial year ending 30 September 2016 will be £3.32.  As the cash dividend is 2.55 pence per share, the entitlement will be one new Ordinary Share for every 163 Ordinary Shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one new Ordinary Share for every 131 Ordinary Shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
