Acquisition of Minority Interest 

Empresaria, the international specialist staffing group, announces that on 31 May 2016, pursuant to a shareholders' agreement originally entered into on 13 May 2013, it acquired a further 10 per cent. interest in the issued shares in Monroe Consulting Group Co. Ltd (Thailand) ("Monroe").  Empresaria now holds a 70 per cent. interest in Monroe.  The consideration, payable in cash, is £0.2 million.

Monroe specialises in executive search in Thailand, targeting the consumer goods, health, industrial, professional and technology industries and forms part of the broader Monroe brand servicing clients across South East Asia and Central and Southern America. In the year to 31 December 2015, Monroe generated revenue of £1.3 million and profit before tax of £0.4 million.
