Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

TechFinancials (AIM: TECH), a leading technology provider to binary options brokers, announces that in accordance with AIM Rule 20, electronic copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, are available from the Company's investor relations website at https://group.techfinancials.com/. Hard copies of the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders on Tuesday 31 May.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11a.m. on Wednesday 6 July 2016 at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU.
