Notice of AGM, posting of Annual Report and Financial Statements

& shareholder presentation

21st Century Technology plc, the specialist provider of tailored solutions to the transport community, solving complex operational requirements both on and off vehicle, wishes to advise shareholders that the Group's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held on 30 June 2016 at 10.30 a.m. at the offices of our broker, finnCap, at 60 New Broad St, London, EC2M 1JJ.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2015, together with the Notice of AGM and form of proxy for use at the AGM, will shortly be available for download at the Company's website www.21stplc.com.

Hard copies of the documents will be posted to shareholders who have not elected to accept electronic communications.

The Company would also like to notify shareholders that following the AGM, a presentation will be made to update investors.  A copy of the presentation will be available from the Company's website shortly after completion of the AGM.
