Result of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held at 2.00 p.m. today, each of the Resolutions was duly passed without amendment.

As set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 27 April 2016, having received shareholder consent at the AGM, the Company will, as of 20 May 2016, no longer be classified as an Investing  Company under the AIM Rules. The Board confirms that the Company will continue to publish quarterly NAV updates for the remainder of the current financial year ending 31 December 2016, with such updates to cease thereafter for subsequent reporting periods.
