The Directors of European Metals Holdings Limited ("European Metals" or "the Company") (ASX and AIM: EMH), the specialty lithium exploration and development company with assets in the Czech Republic, announce that it was informed on 6 May 2016 that Armco Barriers Pty Ltd and Mr Richard Keller as trustee for the Keller Super Fund A/C were interested in aggregate in 9,382,000 ordinary shares (via CHESS Despository Interests or CDIs) representing 9.38% of the Company's issued share capital.

Armco Barriers Pty Ltd is interested in 9,052,000 CDIs and Mr Richard Keller as trustee for the Keller Super Fund A/C is interested in 330,000 CDIs.
