Notice of Maiden Full Year Results

Maryland, USA - 29 April 2016: MaxCyte (LSE: MXCT), the developer and supplier of cell engineering technology to biotechnology and pharmaceutical firms engaged in cell therapy, drug discovery and development, biomanufacturing, gene editing and immuno-oncology, will be announcing its maiden full year results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on Tuesday 10 May 2016.

Doug Doerfler, Chief Executive Officer, will host a presentation and live conference call for analysts at 11.00am BST on the day of the results at the offices of Consilum Strategic Communications, 41 Lothbury, London, EC2R 7HG.
