Notice of Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2016 and publication of 2015 Annual Report & Accounts

The Board of Elecosoft announces that the Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 December 2015 will be held at Founders' Hall, 1 Cloth Fair, London EC1A 7HT on 26 May 2016 at 12:00 noon. The Notice of the Annual General Meeting, together with an associated form of proxy, have been posted to all Shareholders. 

Printed copies of the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 have also been sent to those Shareholders who requested to receive them and the Report and Accounts are also available for download from the Elecosoft website at www.elecosoft.com.
