Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on the Investment in Axiom Space Inc.

4iG Plc. (hereinafter: "4iG Plc.") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that its majorityowned subsidiary, 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (registered seat: HU-1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number: 01-10-142725; hereinafter: "4iG S&D"), has entered into a definitive investment agreement with Axiom Space Inc., a privately held company incorporated in the United States (registered seat: 1290 Hercules Ave, Houston, TX 77058,

USA; hereinafter: "Axiom Space").

Under the agreement, 4iG S&D will participate in Axiom Space's Series D financing round and will

subscribe for Series D preferred shares on the same valuation terms as the other Series D investors.

The investment will be implemented in two steps, pursuant to which 4iG S&D commits to subscribe for shares in Axiom Space for a total consideration of USD 100 million. The first investment tranche amounts to USD 30 million and is to be completed by 31 December 2025, while the second tranche, in the amount

of USD 70 million, is due by 31 March 2026.

The binding investment agreement shall become effective upon the completion of the first investment tranche of the transaction. As a result of the investment, 4iG S&D will acquire an ownership interest in

Axiom Space as an anchor investor.

The transaction is aligned with the long-term objectives of the 4iG Group to strengthen its international presence in the space industry and defence technology segments. The investment establishes direct links to the global commercial space sector, including the development of commercially based space infrastructure in low Earth orbit (LEO), as well as industrial and research and development activities

conducted in microgravity environments.
