2026 Financial Calendar

Rome, 19 December 2025 – Cementir Holding N.V. announces the financial calendar for the year 2026.

11 February 2026	Fourth quarter and full year 2025 preliminary consolidated results, approval of 2026 Budget and 2026-2028 Industrial Plan update
11 March 2026	Approval of the 2025 Draft Financial Statements
23 April 2026	Shareholders' meeting for the approval of the 2025 Financial Statements
7 May 2026	Approval of the Interim Financial Report as of 31 March 2026
29 July 2026	Approval of the Half Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2026
5 November 2026	Approval of the Interim Financial Report as of 30 September 2026

On the occasion of the Industrial Plan update and publication of the fourth quarter and preliminary consolidated results for the year 2025, as well as of the approval of the 2026 half-year and interim results, Cementir Holding will organize ad-hoc conference calls with financial analysts and institutional investors.

The Company will issue, promptly and according to the current regulations, a press release for any variation on the above information.
