Milan, 19 December 2025 – Banca Generali announces — pursuant to Article 2.6.2, paragraph 1(b), of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Regulation — the agenda of corporate events scheduled for 2026.

Wednesday, 11 February 2026 Preliminary consolidated results as of 31 December 2025
Wednesday, 4 March 2026 Draft Integrated Annual Report as of 31 December 2025
Wednesday, 6 May 2026 Interim Report as of 31 March 2026
Wednesday, 29 July 2026 Interim Report as of 30 June 2026
Tuesday, 10 November 2026 Interim Report as of 30 September 2026
Annual Shareholders' Meeting
Thursday, 16 April 2026 First call (09:30 am CET)
Please note that, pursuant to Article 65-bis and Article 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulation, Banca Generali has opted to disclose additional periodic financial information on a voluntary basis, in addition to the Annual and Half-yearly Financial Statements. Therefore, the interim reports on operations as of 31 March and 30 September will be approved by the Board of Directors and published on the dates indicated in this financial calendar.
