NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

CMC Markets plc (LSE: CMCX, "the Company"), a leading global provider of online retail trading, announces that its 2019 Annual General Meeting ("2019 AGM") will be held at 10.00 am on Thursday 25 July 2019 at the Company's offices located at 133 Houndsditch, London, EC3A 7BX.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders:

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 ("Annual Report"); and

·      Notice of 2019 AGM

·      Form of Proxy

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Annual Report and Notice of 2019 AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
