We would like to briefly explain the delay in publishing our financialstatements. As a company operating from Ukraine, we have facedadditional operational challenges related to the ongoing hostilities,which have affected our standard reporting timelines.

The delay was primarily due to the need for additional time to completeasset assessments and internal procedures under these conditions, aswell as temporary personnel-related constraints. This approach was takento ensure that all information is accurate, well-founded, and fullycompliant with applicable reporting standards.
