According to the notification, the indirect holding of Vaaka Partners Oy in the shares and votes of Framery Group Plc has changed. The holding of Vaaka Partners Buyout Fund III Ky amounts to 21.69% of the shares and votes of Framery Group Plc.

The change in the shareholding and voting rights is based on the termination of the share lending agreement concluded in connection with Framery Group Plc's offering and the exercise of the over-allotment option.
