Report Content The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Telekomunikacyjne Telgam S.A.,with its registered office in Jasło (the "Company"), hereby informs thatthe Company has received a notification prepared by Mr. AleksanderStojek (President of the Management Board), submitted pursuant toArticle 19(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliamentand of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the MARRegulation), concerning transactions in the Company's financialinstruments.
Enclosed hereto, the Management Board provides the notification receivedby the Company.
