Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc, the internationally diversified energy storage fund was informed on 19 December 2025, that Simon Merriweather, Non-Executive Director, purchased 7,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 54.2p per share and purchased 13,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 55.0p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Merriweather has a beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.004% of the Company's issued share capital.
