Further recognition for Gecina's CSR policy

Once again this year, Gecina has continued to progress up the main international rankings and sustainability indices.

The Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) results for 2016 have today confirmed Gecina's position in the World and Europe indices. Gecina is now the top-ranked company for "environmental reporting" and "social reporting".

Gecina has also maintained its "Green Star" status in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for the fourth year running. Gecina is now ranked 8th out of 315 participants globally in the "development project" segment.

Lastly, Gecina has once again received the highest distinction with two Gold Awards from the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) in its financial and sustainability categories for the quality and transparency of its communications.

These results confirm Gecina's commitment to continuing to make progress with its corporate social responsibility.
